FAQ & Guidelines
Where do I collect my tickets: All Live Event Tickets are held for collection on the day of the event. Door opening times and venue addresses can be found on the Home Page
Please arrive, collect your tickets and be seated ready for the start time stated.
Tickets are not posted out. Your order invoice is the event E-Ticket. Either print this, display on a smart device or provide your invoice number and name on arrival to redeem.
Are CSF venues accessable for all: Yes, all of our venues are fully accessable. This includes the entrance and exits, seating area and toilets. If you have any additional requirements please contact us: office@csfwrestling.co.uk
Are my seats reserved: Ringside Seating, often the first 1/2/3 Rows are all numbered and reserved. On collection, your ticket will include your seat number. If you have purchased General Admission seating, these are not reserved and you are able to sit in any unreserved / non numbered seat.
Is there parking at the venue: Yes, each venue either has parking on site, or directly next door.
How long do the events run: Each event runs for two and a half hours. This includes an interval.
Do CSF events have a minimum age limit: No, fans of all ages are welcome to our events.
Can I bring home-made audience signs to the events: Yes, home-made signs are welcome. If time allows, the wresters will look to sign these during the Meet and Greet directly after the event. But please, no bad launguage or inapropiate topics to be used as a part of any sign or poster.
Is photography welcome: Yes, we encourage you to take photos. Feel free to share these across our social media channels and add to the separate CSF Wrestling Fan Page on FaceBook.
Do you sell merchandise: We stock a selction of CSF and general wrestling merchandise. This is available at all events, including the CSF Meet and Greet Passes. Our event staff are able to accept payment via card or cash. The Meet and Greet takes place after the live event.
Do you use strobe lighting: All of our events feature live lighting and audio production. If used, strobe lighting is kept to a minimum, however the use of flashing and moving light and lasers feature throughout.
Are the events filmed: Please be aware that all CSF events are filmed for in-house and retail use. Footage is often released online and commercially.
If I require help or have a question during an event who do I see: If you have any requirements during a live event, please see our CSF staff who will be positioned around the venue, the SIA supervisors or venue management.
Are Tickets refundable: No, once purchased, tickets are non refundable.
Are refreshments available: Yes, all CSF venues have refreshments and snacks available throughout the duration of each event. A hot food provision is available at select venues.

Please Note: Each card is subject to change without prior warning or announcement. Every effort will always be made to meet advertised names, however the nature of the sport may lead to last minute card changes or replacements.
Other rules: We want everyone in the house to enjoy the full CSF Wrestling experience. We ask that to do so you remain seated during the live bouts, please feel free to greet the wrestlers whilst making their entrances, but you are required to stay seated once the bell rings and stay with in the crowd barriers.
Photography and videos on a mobile device are permitted. Feel free to share across our social media channels, pages and groups. However, do not broadcast our events live on your Facebook or socials. We will add various footage to our YouTube Channel as required.
No use of bad or offensive launguage will be tollerated. Please be aware of those around you and allow everyone to enjoy the event.
Right Of Admission Reserved. Event management can refuse or remove entry permission with no prior warning.
